Just wanted to put in a good word for this app. He's a RL friend of ours and was in Downfall for quite some time.

When I got knocked up and popped out a kiddo, we stopped playing and he followed suit soon after (since he was here mostly to play w/ RL friends anyway).

Some of you may remember his hunter, Mixolydian...but that is NOT to be confused with a "new" Mixolydian on this server who is a Warlock.

Besides, he lives in Texas and plays in a band. What is there not to like?!?

A few things you might want to work on

#1: Gemming. Your current gemming is all over the place for tanking, and pvp if you use your tanking gear for prot pvp. You have the dodge/BV meta, dodge, expertise, mastery, strength, and stam. You should be really using the stam/armor meta(Austere Shadowspirit Diamond), parry/stam (Defender's Demonseye) in red sockets if the bonus is good, mastery (Fractured Amberjewel) or mastery/stam (Puissant Dream Emerald) in yellows if the socket bonus is good, mastery/stam or stam in blue or prismatic sockets. In ungemming expertise, pick up Glyph of Seal of Truth instead of Glyph of Judgement.

#2: Rep. Ok, your Earthen Ring rep is perfectly fine, you have access to the helm enchant, but your Therazane rep......Take a day or two out of queuing as a tank, and go finish Deepholm completely. You'll have access to the first level of shoulder enchants for tanking, rather than you going out of your way to the Sons of Hodir zone just to get the first level of shoulder enchants from them.

#3: Specs. I'm going to guess that your primary spec is your PvE spec, and your secondary spec is your PvP spec. If you think Hallowed Ground is a good talent to get, as well as glyphing and using Consecration, you're sorely mistaken. If you use Consecration on the wrong spot, it stays on cooldown for 36 seconds and only does 12 seconds of damage when glyphed. The only time Consecration would be good is to flush out bad stealthed rogues, druids, or hunters, but good ones can stay out of it. You're better off not even using it, and use Hammer of the Righteous liberally, or tab-target Crusader Strike. You should spec into 2/2 Wrath of the lightbringer and 2/2 Reckoning(your 3rd best threat talent). Get rid of Glyph of Consecrate and pick up Glyph of LoH. You'll thank yourself when you don't grumble about having 2 1/2 minutes left on CD for LoH.

This information is wrong as consecration does NOT break flag caps.

Stopping flag caps is best done with Hammer of the Righteous for Prot, Holy Wrath or Divine Storm (ret if you actually bother wasting the talent point)

very helpful stuff, my pve is still coming along as i hae spent majority of time grinding bg's for my pvp set. i have the full bloodthirsty set w/ trinks and vicious weps/cloak/chest (more tonight when i cap 2v2 points)

i am server xferring tonight and i will whisper you in game to get my tank set in order

as for consecration im not specced or glyphed into it for pvp unless theres been a major oversight on my part.

edit: i misread, you are saying consecrate is doodoo and reckoning is good for PvE, i did not know that thanks! respeccing/gemming and therazane rep will be first priority, i tried going back but i abandoned all quests and now im having trouble finding them again
