We've had to do a lot of switching out in our BT raid and it's killing us. We need you in raid, all night. We are pushing extremely hard to get Illidan down and we can only accomplish this if everyone is on, prepared and knows the strat.
Keep up this intensity all the way through Illidan. I'm tired of not killing bosses! After not killing Azgalor this week, we really need to pick it up. See you all online.

My only suggestion is if everyone could get to 11,000 hp buffed. I think that would be helpful, but, at the same not, do not lower your stats considerably.
