i can usually pull off 3 backstabs before the add is dead, and yeah actually i am rocking 4 t4 bonus for that fight, so sometimes i get the double point proc
i was wondering if for the adds should i just evic since rupture wont tick for very long, since they are slightly weak sauce, at least in phase 1 when everyone is on them, phase 3 i might get more from my ruptures

saedo — Sat, 03/15/2008 - 00:21Well like I said, don't worry too much about dps in phases 1 and 2. The adds are likely to die very fast, or at whatever pace the raid sets it at. But if you really want, maybe a 1s/3r for that short compressed cycle. Evis or Envenom when they're at like 2% ish.

1) my dps seems fine for the most part (it can range on kael from 730-950-1100 depending on situations like i am running from frankenelf, or accidentally getting feared, and such) but my over all damage seemed a bit low, which is odd. Since i went combat daggers my damage output jumped over what it was as mutilate, and on most bosses compairible and consistent with my fellow rogues, any suggestions on some different "rotations" to pull on this fight to maximize overall damage. I know the usual bs-1pt SD, to (whatever) 2pt sd to 3ptr doesnt work well in this fight, so saedo buddy give me some of your delicious insight.
2) Since I am combat daggers I pick up the infinity blade as my Legendary, Should I be part of the team that runs and stabs the MC'd raiders, or should i forgo that and stick to kael? Atar G this is your call, Maximize dps output, or be group control?

saedo — Fri, 03/14/2008 - 21:241) Still rocking 2 set T4 right? Well your cycle is probably 5s/4r. Forget about doing much dmg til phase 3, rocking the legendaries. Thaledred, stay away, Sanguinar kill kill, Caprinian sleep, Telonicus pew pew. Weapons, um, you'll probably have to either help kick mace or kick staff. Phase 3 is pew pew 2 of the adds then phase 4 Kael.
2) Probably still better off on Kael, kick rotation to interrupt the fireballs. Don't really got any good low dmg yellow attacks to spam. You can gouge, but you gotta get in position, it could get dodged or something then it's on CD.

Atar — Fri, 03/14/2008 - 07:15Last nights Kael shots were amazing. I'm seeing serious progess. 68% in P4 is great. Now our problem is to burn the shield faster. EVERYONE should burn EVERYTHING you have on this shield when it pops. Plus, I think some fireballs were getting through that could have been interupted. Rogues and warriors need to get more on the ball with interupts. BUT, for our 2nd or 3rd time seeing P4 I'm not complaining.
We know the strat, and know how to execute it. Kael will die on Saturday. Be ready to stay for a long raid. We need everyone in top shape and 100% focused. We've got this fight.
