Yea I like the first version
Aidin — Wed, 03/12/2008 - 10:10Yea I like the first version better on MY monitor..but on my work monitor and any other standard monitor it looks like ass.. (which is why version 1 looks better to you..u has l33t monitor! lol)
However..the text isn't suppose to be the focus..infact we didn't even have to include the text at all...I just wanted to (which is why it's just the first paragraph and the last 2 lines of the greatest poem ever) The images are suppose to be the primary focus.
If thats the case, try

It might be fun trying to toy with having half the world object off the screen.Might make the weight of the world seem heavier.
Just suggestions. I like where you were headed with it.

starstalker — Wed, 03/12/2008 - 08:56I prefer the original image better. The picture with Atlas brightened up distracts too much from the poem, which I believe is the focus of the picture. For these types of images, I think the image should compliment the focus, which in your case is the poem (nice choice!)
It just seems crowded. Try this as a version (if you want and have time). Shrink the picture of atlas and increase the font size (maybe decrease the spacing as well).
