Raid: Man Hug Roster Refresh
STEP 1 - Roster Reconstruction & Stabilization

The first thing that needs to be done for Raid: Man Hug is roster reconstruction & stabilization.  At this time, I need to find out who is serious about raiding going forward.  If you have been having doubts about raiding, this will give you a chance to back out w/o any regret or fear of wrong doing.  Afterall, we want to make this raid better and stronger.  By refreshing the roster, we can find out who can/will join us for the long hall in killing Garrosh.  Additionally, this will give people that don't currently raid with us a chance to show interest.  (minimum gear requirements will be enforced at a later date)

Before you begin to doubt motive, I am trying to keep the 25 man alive.  If we cannot achieve 25 (which is very possible), we will do our best to form 2 10 mans until we have the people to commit our guild to a 25 man in the future.  The raid will run at the same time as Man Hug has operated in the past -Mon/Wed 6-9 server time.

Here is how it works: (lets see how well we can follow these simple directions - make it easier on me)

Add a new comment to this event. (Do NOT reply to others unless it really is a reply) Include the following information in your comment:

• The character's name you wish to bring to raid.
• The possible roles you can and are willing to fulfill. (ex: Tank / Heal / DPS)
• Whether or not you are FULL-TIME or FILL-IN.  I cannot stress enough how important this one is.  If you put FULL-TIME, the raid expects damn near perfect attendance.  After combining parses and EPGP numbers, I can see we have roughly 18-19 people currently that would qualify as FULL-TIME in the previous runs of Man Hug.
• What guild you are in. (if not Downfall)
• Lastly, any notes or questions you wish to add. (ex: schedule conflict, etc.)

Contrary to previous raid sign ups, this one is mandatory.  If you do not participate in this event, you will not be considered in the formation of the new Man Hug raid(s) and will automatically be considered a FILL-IN!

This event runs from now, Tuesday, October 1st until Tuesday, October 15th with the underlying goal that we can run our new group on Wednesday the 16th.  We may need to re-evaluate this schedule, but it has been set to this to get the ball rolling.
