new flex raid

Ok. So I want to start a 10man flex for my tank and others. I will not be doing much explaining but I will be vocal and we will do it to kill shit and get gear. So really I expect people who know what is going on. We won't be super hardcore or anything but maybe down the road that can change with achieves or normal mode.
So what day and time. Right now I'm thinking Friday night. If it works out cool.
