Awesome job guys! I love healing this fight.

I'm tanking this one (eh, really need to step up my game there), but did a few attempts on healz before and it really seems there is a lot of range healz necessary and movement is crazy. Dispel, dispel, yikes, Swelling pride, dispel quick, ha.

I don't think there's a lot of stuffs going on for tanks here. Just wait for debuff, swap, grab rift and prison. Sha's dmg on tank is pretty low too.

The tanking role on H Sha is so much easier than the poor healer's role or dps. My issue was getting more pally tank dps squeezed out (Eddrina's bear is kicking my ass). Turns out we didn't need my pathetic dps as our dps raiders rocked and we one shot it last night as a total surprise for our 2nd kill! Usu the 2nd kill is a slugfest.

Unfortunatley prot pallies have the lowest dps out of all tanks, so you can barely do much. Your best bet would probably popping AW+HA when you have the boss and blanket the whole raid with Eternal Flame after you burst.
