The healers with Grov & Sanguinar have their work cut out for them.  It's a tough job.  The fears are a bitch.  In hamfist we had fear wards for both the tank and the healers.  If you are healing the Sanguinar tank and we have multiple priests in raid make yourself a macro:

/w Cisper Fear Ward Me if you Can!!!

and spam the living hell out of it.  Jasmynn NEVER missed a FW on me when I was healing the Sanguinar tank, while the main FWer hit the actual tank.

Sometimes it's good to step back a little out of range too, let the 2nd healer get feared, then go in and pick up on heals.  A paladin/druid combo on Grov would be ideal.  This way the pally can save his bubble for the "OH SHIT WE'RE BOTH FEARED, AND GROV'S GONNA DIE"  .... bubble heal heal heal....while the druid HoTs tick on him.

As far as the difference between mages, Lepp's comments mostly nail it. Arcane spec is just ripping up the meters for me, but it's only possible beecause of a few special gear pieces. As for Shinso, his issue is dps time. Even with a condiderable amount of haste gear, he barely squeeked of more frostbolts than I did last week (I was still pure frost). It's harder to compare based on number of casts for this week since specs don't match, but his DPS time on WWS is still really low. I honestly don't see the fire/frost difference being very largely responsible here, as Lepp and I were still neck and neck last week when I was frost - and Shinso actually has pretty good gear.

Some thoughts for Shinso: 1) Do you use Quartz to try to eliminate the lag gap between casts? 2) Maybe try fire and see how you like it. 3) Focus over the next week on getting more casts in. Alot of that comes from knowlege/comfort in the fight, so now that you've had a couple weeks to get used to it, it's time to see if you can squeek out a bit more dmg.

IMO the rogues will always be low until you head into P4, which sounds like it didn't really happen. Rogues are pretty much afk for half of P1, and kicking duty P2. P3 is where dps really starts with the legendaries and just might not be able to catch up in damage til deep into P4.

Dufe and I used to be neck and neck I am guessing that the large gap reflects his BT/MH gear and the fact that he is Arcane spec. Another factor is that I wand the engineer in phase 1 to make sure my mana is topped off for the phases when time counts. 

At least I would like to think those are the main contributing factors and not that I was being lazy. I will try to push my DPS more.

Try 3: I was running after the shield to finish it off when Thaladred popped up on top of me. One shot before he gaised.

Try 5: I was killed by the staff.

Shin and I have comparable gear and very close stats. I think the main factor between us is the difference in Fire versus Frost DPS. Shin destroys me when fighting A'Lar.
