We've been running with
Dufe — Thu, 04/17/2008 - 12:04We've been running with Roguered/Derch on the MT windows. Been working beautifully. Our only problem reall, has been the same sheeping problem we initially had with Hamfist on Kaz/Az trash, 2 or more mages sheep the same thing and don't realize it - with both thinking, "Why won't that other mage sheep something?" The autosheep option helped out a bunch even when only Karli was doing it. It makes it so nobody has to take time to actually raid mark anything, which I see as a huge plus on the Hyjal trash.
Just a couple of pointers
Shihli — Thu, 04/17/2008 - 11:53Just a couple of pointers (yes yes I know I'm the ivory-tower Hamfist jackass):
1) If you're melee and you have mana (aka a ret paladin), if you drop below 50% it's time to run out and either heal, or stand somewhere and blow up. Pudolski accidentally did the same thing to us one week - stayed in, ran out of mana, blew up the melee. Once it happens a couple of times it should probably stop.
2) We usually run with a pair of dps assists on the tank windows - one ranged (usually Antiquite) and one for melee (usually Shinzwei). Makes life a bit more clear for what needs to be killed.
It might help on the Necro's

I hate seeing "A more powerful spell is active " when I try to REsheep my target.
It is faster to cancel your sheep than to resheep someone elses in hopes the other mage will stop and sheep another target.

I had popped stones and pots, so i ended up standing there for 40 seconds waiting on mana pot cool down after i had Brezzed someone. It made me cry a little bit inside =(

Shihli — Wed, 04/16/2008 - 16:49As a gentle reminder, even though enhancement shamen (much like survival hunters, shadow priests, and ret paladins) are considered a "support" dps class, that is no excuse to do a sub-par job or have sub-par gear/gems/enchants.
Just saying "I bring this to a raid!" isn't good enough reason to bring you.
DISCLAIMER - I'm not implying that you're not trying or that you want a free ride. But I am saying that if you want to seriously raid, you need to take your gear, enchants, etc. seriously as well.
Always gem/enchant your gear to the best of your ability, because you never know how long you're going to end up using a piece of loot.

Your druid is the first. Your shaman is far from the second.

Ugamachi is a big bag of fail until you put some SERIOUS work into the gear, chants and gems.
Remember: LF1M still needs a enhancement shammy and we haven't ruled you out. But you've got a lot of work. For inspiration on what a little determination and focus can get you look into Dragonspear or Luch's loot. Dragonspear is like his fourth toon, and Luchs is Shihli's ALT.
