I have downloaded necrosis, as for enchants, I'm actualy in the process of farming up some gold for them, I just spent most of my gold on gems for both my main, tweaks and my alt papajoe. I should however have enough by tomorrow night for some. As for me getting into raids taking quite some time, that's alright with me, I understand that the guild has lots of members and is very organized, and a new addition would make things difficult for raids. However even if I do not raid for awhile, I see this guild as a great oppertunity to meet new people and be an asset for the community as well because I love helping out. As for jumping into tier 6...well, I guess I'll just have to hang out in gruuls and mag if I was accepted and invited to come to one of the raids, till WotLK came out then I could progress along with the guild.

Let's talk about how often you're on. I'm making a massive push to get our relatively inactive people much more active in dailies, arenas, 5-mans and 10-mans. We need people that can use the site, are on often, and have people and organization skills.
I don't need another 70 standing around shouting "I'm bored" when there's twenty f'ing people online in Shatt. I need someone who will help the newly 70s with their quests and help out people that are getting ganked.
I need a few more Grasens, in other words, LOL. How often do you play? You don't have to be a hardcore raider in Downfall, but you have to be ONLINE and available for our people.

tweaks — Wed, 04/23/2008 - 09:27I'm on prety much much every day, I work monday 8:00 AM server time till bout 2PM. so I usualy log on shortly after 2 and stop playing at about 11 or 12 AM servertime. Tuesdays and wednesdays I'm off so I am on about the whole day, I occasionally log off for breaks, but their not too long. Thursdays and Fridays 8AM till bout 4PM. Saturdays 12 to 10 or 11, cuase i have to close the store those days. Sundays 8 till 8 to 4. I am usualy online shortly after those times whe i get off of work, I live about one minuet from my work so if i schedule some help for an instance or somthing and its the same time I am done at work, I'll be about 5 minuets late. However for the next few weeks I am gonna be studying for my A+ certification so about the next two or three weeks on my days off I'll be logging on early afternoon after I finish studying so servetime I'll be on at about 11AM servetime. How's it going Aidin?

The Malt runs would be new content for him as well as ssc/tk malt runs that will probally happen in 3 mo or so. To compare him to someone in guild i would compare him to Allikat. His helpfullness is unparalleled and always has a good attitude. I think he would make a GREAT addition to guild with the understanding that it may be a while before we can show him much new conten beyond gruul mag.

Spell hit is your friend, your end goal for 25 mans will be 202, so a few gem changes, 15 spell hit to gloves and a head chant will go a long way.
It might just be me (if it is, I blame the computers @ work) but I don't see any enchants on the things shown on armory, that's a good chunk of damage and stats being missed out on.
As Shihli mentioned, raid spots are not always going to be there, so being patient is key. (The downtime would be a great time to grind out those enchanting mats, gems and so on)
As a former affliction lock myself, I know that cast sequence plays a pretty decent role in how the spec plays. In what order do you like to cast spells and why?

That said, seeing things like "as long as I get into some of the other raids..." make me uncomfortable. We're at the point where most new ginvites are for very specific raid needs. I think we're rock solid on locks so if an invite did happen, you'd be raidless for quite some time.
He should be able to see
