I am not sure what I am doing wrong on the boss fights... I know there were occasions when I used a healthstone instead of a mana gem but it looks like I am doing very poor.

You don't have to tell me.  I was standing beside you.  :p   BUT, I lived.  My regrowths get interupted too, but I get them off and survive.  Plus, fail for not having health pots.

Dragon I loled at you and moved myself into the melee grp.  =P

But yeah,  I didn't feel like burning a Brez that early in the fight.  Don't count on heals.  Last night we only had 7 healers so it made it even harder on us.  Use stones, pots, YOU'RE A PALADIN HEAL YOURSELF!  I heal myself all the time.  You can do the same.

Yar, I'm going to rag on ya Pyrael.  Your DPS has to pick up or I need to try another dps in that spot.  We are past the learning stage and the I need more gear stage.  It's either put out the DPS or get replaced with someone who can do the DPS.  I know you're affliction, but you should still be hitting 900dps pretty easy I would think.  Any thoughts from our other locks?

Caronte?????????  What's up with ya?  Dufe is exactly right.  I've seen you hit the big numbers and hold them.  What have you changed?  You may need work on your shot rotation.  Find it, fix it, and get it done.

Frosst - We need to see more heals out of you.  I think it's a little due to your gear, but it seems to me that you should be way higher on the healing meters with as much damage the raid took last night.  Plus, you die A LOT!!!  Watch your surroundings and move when you need to.

Kaz- My DPS is always subpar here due to mainly being worried about just which melee I wanna blow up in which order (JK). I also started the fight at about 75% mana which really sucks on this guy that holds me back.

Anetheron-As you said sucks for melee

Naj- Ya I died at like 95% and didnt get rezzed again until 19%. It suckzored badly.

Anyway, as far as Hyjal goes, my dps for the first 2 bosses tends to be fairly well, but on the last 2 before arch tends to suck. I knew the horde hated paladins.

Naj, to the healers go the battlerez (unless you are the only person dead at 19%)

I think we've spent enough time on the bosses we did last night that we should all be at or rapidly approaching pretty high dps levels. With that in mind, I see a few people that I know can do/have done better.

Coryni - I've seen you hit 1300dps. 1000 isn't bad, and I'm not trying to totally grief you for it, but do you know what happened that dropped you below your potential? I see some drain lifes from you, was the dps loss pretty much just you keeping yourself alive?

Pyreal - 800dps locks were for Hydross and VR. What's it going to take to get you up to a T6 level of performance?

Coryni - Nearly 1500dps, this is MUCH better.

Caronte - 757dps. Is this fight somehow bad for hunters? I see Derchlon a bit low, but I know he's survival so it's a bit more expected. It also looks like Grasen got doom about half-way through so I don't have any real benchmarks, but 757? Really?

Pyreal - 714 dps locks weren't even for Hydross. They were for . . . Moroes, I think. I'm not at all trying to say we don't want you in raid, but you have to pick it up.

Melee kinda gets the short end of the stick on this fight, so I'm not going to pester them.

Pyreal - 868dps. A bit better than the other two, but we should see you approaching 1000dps or more on a fight like Naj.

Caronte - 895dps. Again lower than you should be. I see less shots from you than Grasen in general, but it also looks like you may be using a different rotation. I'll claim full ignorance on hunters right now, but it seems like there needs to be an adjustment of some sorts.

Dragonspear - What happened to you? I see 100% presence and next to 0 damage. Did you die and get rezzed mid-fight or something?

For everyone: In SSC/TK we were pushing all of our DPS to hit 1000dps on most fights. For early Hyjal/BT, this goal is higher. We should be seeing most of our dps at or above 1200dps. There will be some notable exceptions to this as not all classes can hit that target at this time, but I fully expect 90%+ of our dps to hit it. If you're not there, do some reading and theorycrafting, ask another member of you class, or whatever you have to do. It IS possible and we need to get there as soon as possible. Some of the upcoming BT fights need huge amounts of DPS and we must be prepared to deliver.

We've been raggin on the healers and adjusting their strats after wipes alot the last couple weeks. I don't want DPS thinking they can hide from the drive for more performance. Everyone will need to push their limits a bit. If this sounds a bit more hardcore than we were in SSC/TK, thats because Hyjal/BT IS more hardcore and we need to step it up just a bit to match. Now that the ranting is done: We've really been doing fairly well, we jsut can't stop and think that our current level of performance is "enough."

Assuming we're 4/5 Hyjal I'd really like to see Naj, Supremus, and Shade down on Wednesday.  This means that we must burn through Naj.  MOVE AWAY FROM THE VOLCANOS!  Plus, nuke down Shade of Akama.  We can make this happen.  If everyone can be smart on the boss fights and we can move through trash pretty fast we'll have tons of new content to see on Thursday.
