shut down computer error

So im running the windows vistia premium on my current home computer, latley I have been expiriencing a problem when shutting down. Weird thing is it does't happen all the time just 70% of the time. DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE, I was wondering if anyone could shed some light on the prob with some tips on what to do.

If not, consider opening up the laptop and locating the connection where the monitor cable plugs into the motherboard. Try disconnecting it and putting it back in. I've seen them just come a bit loose before and cause wierd problems.

hmmm, I have encountered

It happened on one of my Uncle's PCs I fixed the problem and it was somthing to do with "pc anywhere", if you have that install a newer version or if its the newest download/install previous version. PC anywhere has been causing that problem on one of their versions so just try a version change of that program, if it still occurs i'll research that problem over the net and see if anything else causes it.*note 11.0.1 will do same thing, there was no update at time of when i fixed this issue, so if you want pc anywhere get older version than the 11.0s
