Stock UI is full win IMO.

As for me, I have a few short questions. 

No enchant on sword cause it's expensive or did you just get it, if so what enchant are you thinking?

Reckoning... I've debated over this for months and I feel that the points are better spent elsewhere, besides the chance raid boss parrying a reckoning attack. Why did you choose this?

10 stam to boots? No boars speed or even the 12 stam? 

and the defense rating enchants I assume because you were under 490? 

Aidin forgot about me, /cry. I have been everything from ret (actually have a 2nd 70 pally who is full time ret), to prot, to holy and I believe I know at least 97% of everything there is to know about each spec, if not more. Of course I don't voice my opinion too often unless I see something really off because everyone can improve somewhere and you guys usually handle it lol :)

Talent Spec: Overall not bad, you took one of hte 2 personal choices in 5/5 imp BoM. As I said thought that is a personal decision and  will not have as much impact.

Rebuttles:

2. Your hit cap with maxed precision is 95. The reason this was asked was because it means you can effectively drop about 20 hit rating and stay capped. This normally means you can add another item with higher AP.

3. Minus a fight such as Prince in Kara, melee threat cap (where you will pass the tank) is 110% of the tanks threat. Useful for knowing just how far you can push it. Using a threat meter like omen has the tanks single target threat on a boss and will tell you the amount of threat you would need to reach in order to pass him. (This is helpful in timing your wings)

4. If you are playing ret in a raid setting, you have permission to hound the rest of the paladins for judgements. Normal Judgement priority in PvE Goes Ret JotC(you put crusader on), JoW, JoL in order of priority.

5. Unless you are horribly low on mana for some reason, especially if JoW is on the target you should be dropping R1 Consecrate. The ticks have a chance to proc JoW for you and it only costs 120 mana. (i.e. if it procs twice you made mana by casting the spell).

6. Weapon buffs are nice shamans are better tho. Flask of relentles assault is your best friend in 25m raids. Oh and erm, invest in mana pot stock. LOTS of the stock and bring bunches :D

7. Basic Answer. Regular Paladins 1 str=2AP. PvE Divine Str ret paladins 1 str=2.2 AP. With kings & DivStr 1 str=2.4 AP. This is useful in calculating gear upgrades :D

8. Judging by the sound of your gear. Your next big upgrade should be S3 Scaled Gloves (Best in socket until BT/Sunwell). Also what enchant is on your stormherald.

New question: I noticed that your pic you linked has ktm on it. Have you ever used omen? if so why don't you use it now?

First of all, I would like to thank you guys for taking the time to read my application, much appreciated =)

Now, to answer Dragonspear's questions:

#1, yes I know stock action bars and unit frames are really unprofessional, but I am very comfortable with my UI setup atm(mind you, I have half cosmos and half titan), If you look at my right action bars, you can see that I have most of them with Ctrl + 1-5 and Shift + 1-5.

#2, I wanted to raid as a tankadin, but I can also raid as a retardin if it is needed by the guild.  Now, to answer your questions about my Retardin:

2. The hit cap for melee 2 hander is 9%, so my 115 hit rating + talent (precision) will give me a enough hit rating.

3. No idea, but I know burst damage from Ret pallies can be really dangerous sometimes, so I just watch my threat meter carefully. 

4. I always do JoCrusader on bosses, because it adds 3% crit to ALL sources.  I've tried switching to other judgements on Gruul before, and our group's dps was lowered by around 10%.

5. CS -> JoCommand -> Consecration/Exorcism if my mana pool/boss type allows it, rinse and repeat.

6. I always use Adamantite Weight (adds 12 weapon dmg and 12 crit ratings), any potions that gives Strength/Crits, Str/Agi scrolls.

7. I don't really understand this question, but right now I have 782 Str unbuffed with 1950 AP

8. I tried several times and couldn't get the code to work =( but I will be more than happy to show you what I have.  So far I have Gladiator's Scale Helm, Merciless Gladiator's shoulder, and the rest are PVE epics from Heroic MGT, Gruul, ZA, Kara (T4 glove), and the new badge loot epic.

9. I think as a retardin your role in 5 mans is to do decent DPS while protecting your groupmates.  For example, if the tank loses aggro to a clothie, I would taunt the mob so that I can kite it around for 3-4 seconds, and then divine shield myself/BoP someone.  Our aura/buffs also significantly increase the party's dps (-30% threat is really, really awesome)

10. I don't think so, I am really enjoying my protection spec right now, so if I can't get into raids, I'll just do badge runs or Kara/ZA to gear myself up.

2. What is the hit cap for retribution paladins?

4. What is your judgement priority in a raid setting on a boss?

5. What is your standard attack rotation as a ret paladin?

6. What are your common retribution consumables as a ret paladin that you will bring to raid?

7. Assuming full raid buffs and 4 paladins are brought, what is the Str->AP Ratio?

8. What exactly does your ret gear look like? To give a general idea type in the item so that it would look like item <name of item linked> /item all areas that have item should look as follows [item] and/or [/item]

General Questions:

9. Opinion on 5 mans?

10. This is normally asked to warrior apps but since you have mentioned retribution I believe it is a legit question to ask here. If we are unable to immediately get you into raids will you end up just speccing retribution and pvping rather than tanking?
