I have finally decided what to do for an alt. And the winner is.......
PRIEST!!!!
Yes, I will be working on a Human Priest for my alt. I was working out how my talents will be chosen, it will either be <meh> or OMGZ this sucks!!!!. I guess I will find out. The spec I am thinking about is 45/5/11. Since I know I will very likely will not be raiding (especially as an alot), I figure I have some leeway in my builds. I should be strong enough to heal both 5 and 10 mans, and also provide some punch on offense, not to mention the imp spirit buff, which looks mighty nice, as well as be able to reasonable fend off would be gankers.

If I go the route of the suggesting talent selection levelling guide, I will be speccing into shadow until 50, which doesn't give a good flavor for the utility of disc. We shall see. I like the shadow up to mind flay as it adds an additional staple damage spell to the repetoir.

Gares of War — Fri, 05/23/2008 - 10:05Well, I would suggest removing the points you have in shadow, if he is already 70 then wow. That low in shadow will not really give you much in terms of damage or utility. Discipline, in my opinion is good for utility and pvp.
I would put the talents in holy. Either smite spec or decreased castint times and crit. It has been a while since I played a priest though (only got him to 32) so take my advice with a delicious grain of table salt.
