Looks like Mage spots have opened up (we've had three or fewer mages on our lat few Kalecgos kills, NEED MOAR!).
Are you comfortable with being a few night a week raider, rotated in as needed? We could probably make sure you're in BT fights that drop caster gear as well to help you out.
...and if you ARE comfortable, will you actually BE ONLINE when raid times start, or will you be raiding on your other server? Every time I go looking for a mage to fill in, they aren't online when invites are firing up.

Would it be a problem if you had to wait 3 weeks or 3 months to get into raid?:
No, I have other characters I can raid with on other servers.
This strike me as odd, I gather you applied to raid, as your gear is primarily PvE orientated, but that answer feels as though "I'm really not going to put effort in unless I get into a raid", you still have more you can get outside of raid (Badges, Zul'aman etc).
Unfortunately, both our Main-Raids have a healthy pool of consistent and skilled mages, so Mage Spots are currently scarce. So besides just inviting you for the hell of it, we can't really offer each other much more.
I did want to say that I do know him very well and her is a strong player. He is very honest and would contribute a lot to the guild here. He is nice and very respectful.
You know, I figured that the belt of blasting more than made up for the loss in spell dmg from the spellfire set bonus. The badge gear gloves and chest have definitely been on the list of things to get, I just can't afford them at the moment and they are tiny upgrades. I went for all the biggest upgrades first, and I am very proud of my current set, as pretty much all of it is THE best that my character should have given the content he's seen.
I understand that transfering servers is sort of a big deal, but I'm not leaving much behind. The current guild I am in is forced to take upwards of 6 mages per raid due to lack of better options. I have found myself playing the warlock more and more, neglecting my poor mage. Waiting as a stand by will not be a problem as on nights where I am not needed, I always have my warlock on gul'dan who will remain in the guild.
Drips, your gear is about where it should be for your level of play time, and it also indicates you know what you're doing mathematically. I do usually use a rule of thumb that your dps should be about equivalent to your +spell dmg, so once again you're doing just fine there.
Question though. Why are you missing out on the 3 piece set bonus of Spellfire set? Other than "I needed to get to hit cap" I can't find a justifiable reason: Belt of Blasting alone does not make up for the spell dmg difference you would get from the 7% int-to-dmg boost. If that's the case, I would highly recommend you re-gem your gear (lose the dmg/crit gems for hit or dmg/hit) to get to cap. You should see a slight increase in dps when doing this. If you're set on wearing Belt of Blasting, at least pick up the badge vendor chest & gloves so you can break even dmg-wise and add a little bit of int and stam along the way.
We are generally pretty full on mages, and while you have lower dps than our Sunwell mages (myself included), I think based on the quality of your current gear and your current raid performance that the SKILL is likely there.
I think the biggest concern about your app here is that you'd have to server transfer for us to be able to actually play along side you, and you wouldn't be coming into a situation where there was a raid spot waiting for you.
Are you going to be cool with waiting as a fill-in for a raid spot? It can be a long, hard-won process, but those with the right attitude and skill will persevere in the end.
