Delete your WTF folder and

It's the only way to do it after being gone for so long.

Keisjaa — Sun, 06/15/2008 - 10:54chances are if you updated and say bartender went through a sizable update it would cause the bar positions to be set to default(which is what it looks like happened.
upon closer inspection it looks like you have bartender3 AND bartender4(or at least 2 bar mods) enabled at the same time(notice you have multiple bars with the same spells/items in order) just disable one of the bar mods & it should be okay

Vulk — Sun, 06/15/2008 - 10:28What is this, the legend has returned!?! Woot! If you did reinstall it as you say then something went wrong. Those look to be old mods from the last time you played WoW. Being so long they are all out of date and would error like that. You can try going into your wow folder and deleting your WTF and Addons folder to start from scratch. That should resolve your problem :)
