Just bumping this post. Foresight is a GREAT guy and I know that there has been an influx of new members lately, but with that much invested in this guy, I think it would be a shame if he didnt get picked up.

 Hes a great guy and knows his stuff better than most. More of a community person than worried about a raid spot, and thats why hes such an awesome person...

 Please dont let this guy fall through the cracks

I'd like to say how impressed I am with this fella's determination.

You all know that I know a pretty large population from Insurrection (or former Insurrection) from my old guild. Foresight however wasn't one that I knew. He's impressed me on his own merit.

I am assuming he heard through the grapevine that BT will require the SR gear for mother...pretty sure the grapevine was Lorb who racked up all his mats in less then 24 hours. So what does Foresight do...he goes out and starts farming!!! He had all mats (minus hearts) for his crafted items. He should be capped by the weekend.

In the general sense, it's not a bad idea to start stacking haste at that point, but I tend to shy away from any hard and fast rules on stats.  Too much variance comes in from group makeup, fight length/characteristics, etc to make them 100% reliable.

I know Foresight from way back pre BC. Was one of the nicest guys in my old guild.

I'm sorry it has taken me long to reply to your comments, I didnt realize that the post had been moved. So I shall now take this time to answer some of your questions.

I ran a shitton with foresight.... 5's, 10's 25's and even 40's with forsight... he was ALWAYS top mage dps... ALWAYS and i believe that he maintained ~1050-1100 dps for most fights. He was an officer in our last guild, and I dont believe I've EVER met anyone whos more loyal to a guild and its people, although annannannananras falls into this catagory as well.

I think this cat would be an outstanding addition to DF.

[item]Darkmoon Card: Crusade[/item] is better (should be slightly above [Icon of the Silver Crescent] for him, I just didn't feel that it fit well into the "easily attainable" tag I put at the top of the list.

After some time looking at your gear, I see a few areas to improve. Overall you've done a good job and your gems/enchants show good effort. (Note: This isn't "Your a noob look what you're wearing!" Just some friendly suggestions.)

1. Since you're not quite at the spell hit cap (164), you'll want to switch a couple gems around. IE: Change the [Runed Living Ruby] in your headpeice to a [Veiled Noble Topaz]
2. Since you're Aldor, the neck isn't a bad choice at all. Consider the S4 pvp neck as an upgrade. ([Guardian's Pendant of Subjugation]+~9dps with your other gear)
3. The crafted [Bracers of Nimble Thought] would be a much better fit for you. (+~20dps)
4. Unless you plan on going to an arcane spec, badge pants: [Legwraps of Sweltering Flame] would be slightly better for you than T5. (I'll discuss arcane later on.)
5. I wouldn't suggest stacking int as a fire mage, especially if you're not at hit cap. This affects two things:
   1. Your bracers would be better off with the spell dmg enchant. (+~6dps)
   2. Your Boots could have either a [Great Dawnstone] or maybe a [Veiled Noble Topaz]. This one gem switch could add as much as 6dps in a raid environment.
6. Look into the badge ring: [Fused Nethergon Band] to replace your Violet Eye rep ring. This is a smaller upgrade, so low priority.
7. I'll list off several "easily attainable" trinkets ALL of which are noticably better for your spec/gearset than either of the two you have on. Even as fire, mages just don't have enough DoTs ticking to make Timbal's very good. And Pendant is especially unecessary for a fire mage, who shouldn't generally be having mana issues. (Ranked from best to worst)
   1. [Icon of the Silver Crescent] 41 badges (+~37dps over Pendant)
   2. [Quagmirran's Eye] H SP (+~17dps over Timbal's)
   3. [Xiri's Gift] Sha'tar Revered
   4. [The Lightning Capacitor] Illhoof - Kara
   5. [Shiffar's Nexus-Horn] Arcatraz
   6. or even [Battlemaster's Audacity] for badges or honor/bg marks
8. You have a solid mainhand. If you haven't already, start getting your mats together for the Sunfire Enchant. You're not likely to replace that one very soon.

Keep in mind that all of the above advice is strictly for your current fire spec. At your level of gearing (mainly 2/5 T5), you'd do more dps as arcane, even without an spriest. Just to give you an idea with your current gearset (but changing some enchants/gems) you could gain as much as 75 dps by switching to arcane. (Based on a 6min fight with no spriest.) Ever tried out arcane?

i worked in a hospital for a few years and taking the recently deceased bodies to the morgue was part of the job

i was never grossed out by the dead and out mortition was one of the coolest guys i have ever meet 

i called him lurch he was 6'10" and lifted 250lb bodies by himself   guy was a beast

anyway i always thought it seemed like a peaceful job which is something i really like
