So, i just found out today that I will be leaving WA in October. Yes ladies and gents, after 3 years I will be returning to NY! Upstate NY (Saratoga Springs to be exact) is where I will be headed to instruct youngsters on how to do the job that they are about to do. Oh how happy I am about transferring off the USS John C. Stennis!!!! 3 years of crappiness being stuck on that thing has come to an end! W00T!!!!

On a side note, after telling my fiance what I thought was the best news ive heard in a long time... she broke down crying. /sigh. she's never left the WA area before (to live somewhere else), and is very scared to do so. *crosses fingers* Im hoping that she can get passed it and moves with me, it would really suck to be a Geo-bachelor as we call it.
