jaibyrd — Mon, 08/04/2008 - 13:41

Anyone who cooks for me, and does it well, pretty much gets a brownie point in my books. Also Ganndalf was fun to play with in the ZA raid with Aidin on Saturday and hopefully tonight too.

My character's name is Shihli - two H's, two i's, one L and one S.

Oft-misspelled to begin with, just thought it funny in the context above :)

You are all nerds!!! Don't let the bullies get to you Gand!

/agreed with Shihli. How

Nellem1 — Mon, 07/28/2008 - 11:08

/agreed with Shihli. How dare you name yourself after a LOTR Character and not know the specifics of the whole story! Lembas, evlen bread, do exactly what mana bicuits do... only it's ELVEN! =D

what doesnt die right away, will always have my ticking on their mind.

Your name is Gandalf, but

Your name is Gandalf, but you don't know what lembas (not lamlas) bread is!

Oh for shame, for shame ...

Thiendor — Mon, 07/28/2008 - 11:01

I can actually change my name. Does Blizzard take virtual gold as payment for the change? LOL

Not sure what lamlas is, but I am getting my cooking and fishing skills up and would happy to bake anyone anything. I always keep my supplies levels up.

I like the name...but can he

jaibyrd — Mon, 07/28/2008 - 02:09

I like the name...but can he bake lamlas or not? (might be good if we get short on Mana Biscuits)

I think a name change will be required before a ginvite :P

I'm not just looking to raid. I'm looking more for a home...A community of friends.

Cleared out all my mods and

Thiendor — Fri, 07/18/2008 - 15:53

Cleared out all my mods and downloaded your raid pack. Also got WoWAceUpdater.

I see plenty of mention

Shihli — Fri, 07/18/2008 - 11:48

I see plenty of mention about wanting to raid, but no mention about wanting to be part of the community.

Plus, Downfall has reached 400 guild members again ... do we really have enough room for a load of people that won't have a chance at raiding anytime soon?

I remember Ganndalf from

Grasen — Sun, 07/27/2008 - 00:20

I remember Ganndalf from Straight Twisted back in the day pretty weel. Donno shit bout locks but I can Vouch that he is a community type person.

I ran SSC with Ganndalf last night. I thought he did a great job,(1st time on a couple of bosses). He did everything asked of him as he always does. I have known Ganndalf since the beginning of time. He is a mature player with great knowledge of the game and he is always willing to help.

Ive gotten to know Gann

Nellem1 — Fri, 07/18/2008 - 10:45

Ive gotten to know Gann (Kevin) pretty well throughout my time playing WoW. He's a great guy, very loyal, and has a lot to offer to the raid/guild. I think he would be a great addition to the guild and has my full backing.

what doesnt die right away, will always have my ticking on their mind.

A common thing I'm seeing in

garreth — Fri, 07/18/2008 - 10:43

A common thing I'm seeing in all these new apps from Insurrection and other guilds:

If not zero mods, then mods that are about 3 years old. Is that Titan panel in your screenshot? It's all curse downloads, which is kind of a shame :(

You should really look into the WoWAceUpdater and that family of addons.

As for raid viability, I'm not the expert on locks, unfortunately.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

WOW!! There's a name I

Aidin — Fri, 07/18/2008 - 09:46

WOW!! There's a name I haven't seen in AGES! Another Insurrection refugee!

I'll admit I don't remember much about Gand in a raid setting, cause I'm warlock dumb...lvl 15 is about as high as I could go...even with a welfare 28 warlock I just couldn't do it. I can tell you he's an great person with an awesome attitude.

Fun Times in IRC:
[15:27] Dragonfork: aidin hates me this I know, for my repair
bills tell me so. many times my health is low, aidin laughs when i
explode. yes aidin kills me, yes aidin kills me.
