Raid : mAlt Gruul/Mag-lootpinata-theridon
MALT 25 MAN RAID TIME - 4:00 SERVER EVERY SUNDAY.
There are very few "rules" associated with the mALT runs, but there are a few guidelines:
- All gear is ROLLED by classes that want it, no matter if you are an Alt or a main.
about who gets invites and who does not get invites. I've seen an
increasing number of people unhappy cause they didn't get in, or cause they come every week and one week they don't get a spot. I do this for FUN...I do this for YOU.
How Invites work:
- 1. Invite tanks
- 2. Invite healers
- 3. Invite necessary classes to complete the instance (ie Locks, mage tank ect.)
- 4. Invite 1-3 guild apps/non-raiding new guildies
- 5. Invite 1-2 main raiders for DST shots.
- 6. Fill in the remaining spots.
#6 is very hard for me...I try to be fair, and not make invites a popularity contest. If there's 6 dps psting me wanting in...I try to get those folks that were ready previous weeks, but didn't get a spot in for that week. If you feel I've neglected you, cause you signed up every week, but you don't get invites...it's really very simple...don't QQ or get mad, just give me a nudge and say hey Aidin..do you not love me??
You want an auto invite?? Roll a Lock, a mage tank, a tank, a healer (especially a paladin) Or be that person that has a tank, a healer, or a dps'er, and be versatile and happy to bring whichever of your toons are needed. (ie: Ora Need a tank? check. Need a healer? check .Need Wind Fuzzy? check...and he never ever ever complains about what toon I ask him to bring ...yes there are others...just picked Ora as an example)

1. Be on the toon you want invited when invites start!!! I'm not hunting you down on your 5 alts, if your not on, I will move on to the next option on the list.
2. CHANGE YOUR NAME TO THE TOON YOU WANT TO BRING. Even though YOU don't see it change...I assure you I DO! Again, not hunting you down on your alt, I'm looking for the toon listed. If you didn't change your name, I'll be looking for you on your main...too bad so sad.
3. I do invites tanks, healers and essential classes first. Essential not only means Locks/Mage tank/Hunters or Chicken, but 2 pseudo tanks (dps warrior or retardins). That's 17 (SEVENTEEN) spots filled automatically....This gives me 8 spots to play with. So please if you're DPS...don't QQ you didn't get an invite. I fill those remaining 8 spots with 1-2 mains for DST shots, 1-2 new guild apps or non raiding mains from DF. Once I've done all of these I then move on to who signed up FIRST.
I've heard gossip of how we only invite our friends to some of these fun runs which is why ppl don't get invites...well that may be slightly true...take Ora for instance, he gets an invite every single week...why? Cause he has a tank, he has a healer, he has a dps class, his chick has a lock...and he ALWAYS brings what I ask him to bring. He's been there 100% for these runs even on days where we were scrounging for DPS.
You want a guaranteed invite? ROLL A TANK, HEALER, OR MAGE TANK!!!! Otherwise, if you don't like how I work...don't sign up for my raids.
Sorry for the tirade...I love doing these...I just hate when people find a reason to beat me down for it.
