Until you guys kill Vashj, you shouldn't go back to TK, She's your priority. Once you kill her though and get back to TK, it'd probably be best at that time to do the vials. (If need be, that's 2.4, then we can get straight to Kael'thas ourselves - but attunements will be gone anyway XD)

As soon as I can get my shaman attuned for MH/BT, we won't have to worry as much about finding that "one more healer" for Gurtogg. I say this because ... Bloodboil drops jack and shit that I'm interested in for my hunter. In short, I can simply hop off Shihli and onto Luchs for Bloodboil.
This is pending my attunement of course. Thoughts?
