Dufe — Fri, 08/08/2008 - 13:01Imo, the Draenei riding pose is terrible and almost lazy. I can imagine how it originated:
Blizzard Artist: "Oh crap! BC is about to be released and we forgot to do the riding pose for the Draenei!"
Blizzard Supervisor: "It's not like it'll take that long, all you do when you ride is put your legs out at an angle."
Blizzard Artist: "Yeah, but isn't there knee bending and such? I mean leaving them straight would look odd. We should get it right."
Blizzard Supervisor: "Naw. Just put the same leg model as when they're standing hangin' off the sides at like a 20 degree angle or so. Leave 'em straight - it'll look fine. I doubt if anybody will even notice."
