Well.     to start this blog thing. Never had a blog before so i assume its kinda like a public jernoul thing. So   here i will keep whats goin on in my life, my feelings about things(wow and rl) Basically whatever's on my mind when i git the gumption to type something up in the blog.  

That said.....Let it begin.

Ever had one of those days where half way through you know you will be gitting fucked up later?  One of those days where you think Fuck. I shoulda stayed in bed this morn. Well today was one of those days for me.

Some of you may not know this but me and christine are not married.    we consider ourselves married in all senses except the paper. Legially i am still married to this woman Nicole since oct 12'th 2002. We didnt even last a year before i left due to her infildilities.  I attempted to do a divorce myself without a lawyer and she signed. but i took to long doin it all and the case got dismissed before it was finalized.   i then put off doing it again for 4 years. Me and Nicole have not spoken once in any fassion since the day she signed that 4 years  ago.  Of corse  starting over means she has to sign again. the old papers are null and void at this point. So this starts with finding her. I found her alot quicker and easier than i expected. her mother still has the same # lol. i left word with her mother and Nicole called me at work today.   After goin through the customary civil catching up seeing as we havent talked in 4 years (which was hard and emotional a lil itself) she procedes to tell me that she will fight me and wants allamony. Texas however is not an allamony state. in fact since we have been seperated for over 3 years she has no rights to any property or money in my possession legally. Once this is brought to her attn she tells me that if i dont pay her 1000$ she will not sign and fight me in court. Now while she cannot win anything from me at all she can rack me some costly attorny bills. After doin a lil reserch i know what i will do. I will file for devorce by posting.   which basically means i go tell the court i have no idea how to find her whatsoever and give last known address (the last address we shared). they will post at the courthouse notice for 30 days.   i must then wait an additional 30 days then once no word comes back from her (she is clear across the country and wont see these postings) i git divorce by default.   unfortunitally this process will cost 1200-1500$.   However, I would rather throw an extra 500$ at an attorny than give her 1 cent. For now though i will stay married to her and do alot of thinking about it for a couple mo as to how best to procede. 

Oh    and git drunk. Tonight we drink(already started actually...go Gin and Tonic's).
