i have had time warner now for about 6 months with no problems. then about 3 weeks ago keep getting DCed. i have called 3 times complaining and now finally getting a tech out here in LA. they recommended that i get a router and set wows ip addresses in it. i guess my modem is popping up a fire wall and kicking me off wow.
