Greyvon - Priest, currently Shadow speced for raid compostion ... What I need is a good Spec that feels right. Thinking of changing a bit to match ths spec just not sure if points in shadow reach is worth having, I feel like it isn't.

Keep in mind that PW:S may be trading places with Improved Inner Fire.

I've been trying to stack up some extra Spellhit gear for when the next patch comes through. It's gonna lower my dps from gear, but the +spell from Improved Inner Fire (+174) will balance it hopefully.

Alright .. triecd a spec not using the talent that lowered Targets resist, ,and OMG the number of resist I get even with over 100 in Spell Hit ...

Respecing again tonight and going to go without Shadow Reach ....

Also wondering, the 14 in Dicipline, been avoiding Fort, and using the points in PW:Shield.

Yeah. One SP gets +2/4/6/8/10% added while the other is doing Mind Flay, then he starts MF, so the other can get 2/4/6/8/10%. Which means alot of back-and-forth talking, or an addon that will show you when "X-character"s Mind Blast/SW:D is up.

Twisted Faith now Increases your spell power by 2% of your total
Spirit, and your damage done by your Mind Flay and Mind Blast is
increased by 2/4/6/8/10% if your target is afflicted by Mind Flay.

my problem, unless they change it with the new patch is that Shadow Reach works for everything but Mind Flay which is what a Recharger use the most due to the delay on Mind Blast ... So I still have to get in range for Mind Flay so why use the point in Reach?

Improved Inner Fire and Improved Power Word Shield will be switching positions.

So keeping in mind the fact that the two have switched, my build would probably be similar to this:

Which will allow 3 points in Twisted Faith. Not bad overall dps boosting. I only put 1 point in Shadow Reach for now, but I think that is going to be situational. For normal "hey come do this", I'll probably pull that single point out of Mind Melt and add it to Shadow Reach. But that also depending on the Crit dependability of Mind Flay and Mind Sear (since I already know roughly what I'm looking at with Mind Blast).

I'd say the need for Shadow-reach is going to be entirely a functional issue. Most of the bosses in BC allow you to be nearly right on top of them (albeit behind them) for the entire fight. Thus the two points would be beneficial.

I've actually been trying to figure out a lvl 70 build to take advantage of the +120 Spell received from Inner Fire (+174 Spell w/Imroved Inner Fire), which would leave me without Dispersion. However, with +174 Spell, the bonus from Vampiric Touch should be high enough to compensate over-time the mana/health from Dispersion. The only thing nagging at me is the loss of to many points from Twisted Faith.
