Finally finished this quest chain today. I really don't even know what to say. It's easily the most fun I've ever had while solo in WoW.

I think it works like DK starting area. Where you don't "have" to be in actual groups. But you can do the same quests killing shit together while you're in the same phase. (e.g. Light's Hope, Ebon Hold)

Yes yes, but this is a more exciting implementation of it rather than some town scenario. Your practically get to raid with Thrall/Wrynn in Undercity.

There's some good possibilities to explore with this, bringing phased changes to other cities or old world locales too without ruining it for the newer people.

Or imagine this, a phased Gnomeregan!!!! Hahahahaha!

Such is the idea of phasing. The game world changes accordingly with your actions.

What this means is that you may or may not be able to help others with quest chains you have complete. As a general example, let's say that a quest culminates in you killing off the leader of a small settlement, taking control for your faction. This means that you cannot help others complete the same quest (the enemies visible to your friends on the quest *DO NOT EXIST* in your version of the game world).
