You say you have no alts but yet claim to have been in those runs. Your + heals & gear alone would not get you into gruuls lair much less BT or Hyjal. Your gear is more suited for off healing for kara which i notice you have no rep with Violet Eye so you haven't been to kara even with this toon.
Just clear up for me how you have experience in those whether from a main or however.
Your gear however isn't bad for starting kara i see you gem with alot of +healing & +mp5 which is honestly better for a shammy or pally then a druid healer. You're best with +heal & +spirit for tree based healing
