Creative Macro Help -- post 3.0

Been thinking about creating a spell rotation for shammy heals that will be just super !!! Any macro geniuses out there?
So I want to incorporate,....
Tidal Force
Riptide
Chain Heal
,.... into one macro using the "mouse over",.... so would this work ??

Also, has anyone else had their macros disappear after logging out? I had to recreate my crusader's strike macro four times last night. I'd say I had to recreate my Flash of Light macro, but I never got it to work.........

I'm trying to simplify the AOE grinding on my ret pally (long story short, each crit is a free flash heal. Each divine storm is nearly guranteed a crit. Retadins can take on 5-12 mobs at a time pre-70 now. Better than protadins)
One 'issue' I've been having is the fact that when my target dies, wow no longer auto-attacks the next target. It just hasn't been working. So the two macro's I'd like to setup is one: To autoattack with my crusader strike button, and two: to auto-cast flash of light on button press (no more press2, pressF1)
Would these be correct?

Since the mobs will always be targeting me, I 'think' that'll work........ I haven't found a way yet to get the macro to activate itself whenever I receive the "Art of War" debuff after a crit. Now wouldn't THAT rock..... :D Having it this way will let me assist/ease some of the healers during 5mans, heroics, and raids without having to have a different macro. Since Flash of Light is free with every crit, and I never had to deal with mana issues anywayz, might as well spread the love.

I throw this in every 3 or 4 heals i cast -- works great !!!
