garreth — Wed, 10/29/2008 - 09:49I'd like to point out that this the latest and, most likely, final raiding UI I'm using on my pally until deep raiding in Wrath.
You'll notice I'm down to 35mb of addon memory usage, which is an alltime low record for me. I went back to stock buff frames as I realized that addon-handled buff frames were causing a lot of cpu overhead.
My focus frame is set to show MY buffs; specifically Beacon of Light. Grid is set to show beacon as a green outline around the grid unit frame. ClassTimers shows my seal and pertinent buffs right near Grid. I'm finding that with the new proc mechanics of pally healing, I'm looking here A LOT. Judgements of the Pure and Infusion of Light are godly and this lets me keep a lot more control over them.
I've moved all my "hand spells" (Sacrifice, Salv, Protectioin and Freedom) to F1-F4. This works marvelously and let's me pretty much burn every one of them as soon as they are on CD. Holy Shock on my "T" key makes running and healing extremely fast.
