1. Rogues are a dime a dozen
2. "Good" rogues are less common
3. "Phenomenal" rogues know wtf they are doing and make roguedom an art.
Listen to Saedo and Ag, they are in the #3. The app process is the best way to weed out the weaklings that can't take jokes (occasional bashings) and criticism. Stick to it, hook up in game with DFers, and prove yourself.

As a note, when it comes to rogues, listen to what Saedo says. He's god-awful at PvP but has PvE dps measured with a micrometer. An example of his neurosis: /node/4695. That was HAND-CODED by the dude in Javascript. He's fucking NUTS.

Rep wise you seem revered with Kirin'Tor so there's one that you can easily get there. [37856] is good if you ever find one. Should be plenty available all around. Do you know about how dagger speeds affect the Mutilate build and which weapon should go in which hand?

Especially with Poisons doing a lot more damage, and Focused Attacks. They benefit from fast hitting weapons which is why speed has an advantage (within limits).

Gear wise helm is bad yes have had it for a while and am trying to get more oculus run to get that helm. My gems arnt bad keeping me at poison hit cap and im already low on expertise cap that why i picked them. No weapon enchants becasue i havent gotten my friend to do them yet. and like them gems that 20 hit on gloves is keeping me at poison hit cap.

Never really meant your dps is all that bad. Just nothing to really get cocky over. And already gimped it a bit due to lack of HfB.
There's nothing magical about being at the poison hit cap or expertise cap. Hit is not the best stat, period. Though being over the specials cap is still good.
