Incredibly geared for ret (3151 ap / 35% crit / hitcapped with KT's axe ^_^) , and is my preferred role at the moment, though I have fairly good prot gear as needed (at def cap, 25k hp unbuffed).
Holy gear is a bit lackluster at the moment as I haven't been pursuing it very enthusiastically =P

Cdhabro — Mon, 12/15/2008 - 07:36I haven't heard of any system that defeats the issues that arise around absenses and fill-ins. Probably best to keep an eye out on the forums for posts saying someone won't be available and reply when it is a position you can fill. This would only cover planned absenses and isn't very helpful when someone has to bail on short notice.
Anyone have a more elegant solution?
