your 14 points in disc is fine

Going thru your holy tree, I see some issues.

Healing Focus is a pvp talent.  Period.  Choosing to spend two points to reduce pushback when attacked in a healing build = fail.  Tank aggro was totally redone in 3.0 and you should never have anything in your face.  On the rare chance that you have something hitting you, FADE.  Not a talent to blow two points on, especially when you dont have three points in renew! Healer deaths are not generally due to direct damage in wotlk but rather from curses,dots,poison,standing in fire, or other aoe type damage.

Renew - why bother with 1/3 - Imp Renew isnt a 'filler'.  Put three points in it.  As Holy you should always have renews up.

3301 health at the cost of 450, thats 7.3 ( 8.1 with 5/5 mental agility) health per mana, what other single target spell is going to give you that? Even with 3/3 Improved healing and 5/5 Empowered healing, greater heal is only going to give you 6.8 and that's only if it hits for the max amount.
