Honestly, this is still my dps set up :d I do need to move grid back to the center. Im thinking about moving my action bars to the side a bit, half split, and moving my player/target on top of my chat logs, and possibly making my chat logs smaller. Something of that sort.

That looks sexy as hell.  Personally I'd find it much harder to be aware of my surroundings with Grid so far from the action...but if it works for you!
