Judging character??

so i was just wondering. with guild apps, do you judge them on character and attitude twards others at all? If not you really should imho.

I encourage you to post your findings on their applications. It is, after all, why we make them sit in dfrecruit for months. I'd rather realize an app is a megalomaniacal drama queen in dfrecruit before they're in green text.

You may not have seen some of the apps that got rejected, but alot of apps get ripped apart for being douches or based on how they interact with members that they may have run stuff with.
