Here's a quick and dirty

We do Sarth with ZERO drakes up but zone in with only 20 people. We let 10 die and then just ten man Sarth.
Then we go do 20-man Malygos and let that scion person get their achievement.
What we lose out on: One 6-min Maly and a few loot drops.
What we gain: Everyone damn near on the same page so we're not scrambling to do this next week, and the next week, and the next week....
