Aqueous Transmission was the first song by Incubus that I absolutely found myself turning to every time I put in their cd/mp3. First time I heard it, I fell in love with it. It made the rest of the album better to listen to.

It was like the first time I experienced a Tool song and recognized what they were doing. BTW, pick up Fugus Amoungus. Its a completely different Incubus and was the CD before S.C.I.E.N.C.E..

But, then I think of "Pantomime", "Follow", "Nebula", "Sick Sad Little World", "Just a Phase", and the list can go on. It's too hard to choose!

However, the best Incubus track in my opinion is Follow (First Movement of the Odyssey), their rendition of the Halo theme song for the Halo 2 soundtrack. Embed'd below. enjoy, for it is quite epic.
