Double for you who say you are on top of it, as there may be something small you can work on. Sorry guys but I am really pushing for this, as I want to see us all having 4 piece tier sets by end of next month :P
Real reason I am pushing this is lack of DPS has been Salmon's biggest criticism and I would like to correct this.

Atar — Tue, 04/21/2009 - 09:06With both Gares and Grov gone Salmon will be struggling with tanks. As of now the only tanks we have are Me (Ataraxia) and Foreverstar. This is a great time for some of you folks that want to raid full time to step it up.
If you're a prot warrior or paladin you have a great chance of earning a full time position in Salmon if you can keep up with our tanking demands. This means being decently geared, knowing your class, staying alive in a sticky situation, and can dish out tons of TPS.
I'm looking to recruit either class or both classes. With duel specs now available myself and Ever can switch roles easily.
If you're interested in filling these spots please let me know ASAP. Message me here, through a PM, or even in game.

Aurleas — Tue, 04/21/2009 - 08:30I had a ton of fun wiping alot but getting through a few bosses last night in ten man with primeight, xendu and a few others. That being said id love to fill in if you need a healer/OT/melee dps. My best gear is for my resto set but my enhace set isn't to shabby either and my druid is 33k unbuffed 38% dodge bear. I will be in /dfrecruit all night so if someone has to drop i can fill pretty much any role. Either way good luck tonight to all the salmonites.

The last few conference calls have lasted 2-3 hours but hopefully we can get through what we need to in a more timely fashion tonight i really hope i can make it and i will try my damdest to wrap it up asap. Unfortunately the comitee im on is dealing with millions of dollars of hundreds of peoples money so it will have to take priority over wow.

Lunchbox — Tue, 04/21/2009 - 08:06We need maximize our DPS as we are coming up slow alot of the times. With that being said, I recently did this the other day and I think EVERYONE needs to do this as well. Make sure that you have all the right gems in all your equipment, this means as much geming to maximize your DPS. Also the same with enchants and belt sockets. There is no excuse at this point not to be maxed out to the teeth. If you need help with enchants speak to alp, or gems talk to me. If we don't have the recipes you need, we know who does. I raised my healing from 2100 to 2400 10 man buffed among other things. If I can do that by double checking think of the numbers we could pull if everyone was maxed out. I will be checking the low DPS numbers in parses this week to make sure that you are maximized. Please do not dissapoint me.
Also keep in mind it also does not hurt to double check your talent tree as well, but those should be well researched by yall anyways.
With grumpy guss out of the way, it will be fun this week.

Also, remember that alot of classes had alot of changes to them. Make sure you've read up on your class/spec changes and understand what those changes will do to your DPS. There are also alot of new glyphs that came out, and some of the older ones have been changed. What you were using in Naxx may not be the best for you now.
