1st let me say I had no idea he was as young as he is.  He is dependable and an all around good guy.  He does make me laugh though with some of the things he says.

I will suggest you download the add-on pack and get it set up.  Nothing better than making your performance even better and being able to gel with the rest of the raid.

I've raided with Vougaven a bunch the last few months, seems like a nice guy and does some good damage. Even though he's a bit young, I've never heard him ditch a raid due to parent aggro.

I have a couple of suggestions regarding your UI Voug (what guild app is complete without UI bashing?). I'd recommend getting Bartender, Bison, and Pitbull to clean up your action bars, buff frames, and unit frames (also Titanpanel or Fubar to unclutter your minimap). I see omen, dbm, and recount, but where's your smartres and grid? Repeat after me: Grid is not just for healers. Grid is not just for healers. Grid is not just for healers.

A couple of other things I'm seeing missing are a cleanse macro, and a totem macro. I posted these on the BoB forums myself, so I know you have easy access to both.

I took a look at your spec, and it looks pretty good. The one question I have is what changes would you make if you were invited to a raid and there was already an enhance shaman with the same spec as you?

Some advice I can give you on keeping your application alive is checking back constantly. If you're not getting many responses just go ahead and post new comments yourself. I know you've had to spec resto sometimes, so talk about that or your druid, or talk about your dps rotation, or talk about what you had for lunch today. Anything that will help the people here get to know you.

Being in Brotherhood of Blood with voug for a while, he has consistently contended with me on boss DPS. Even beating me occasionally on the melee intensive fights. :D
