A. Read your strats
Guys I am one where I can glance over strats, but unless I am actually there it does not make 100% sense to me. But once I see it what I read makes sense. It does not take too long to glance at em and their should be no excuse. And be sure to read 25 man strats not 10 man.
B. Stop talking during Boss Fights.
I understand I am being a hypocritical here as from time to time I make comments during a boss fight that doesnt need to be there, and yes I am stoppign but at the same time those are quick quips. NO MORE CONVOS IN VENT DURING BOSS FIGHTS!!!! we have raid chat. if you have questions and can't type them, do you best and ask afterwards. also comments can be saved for afterwards.
C. Be ready
You guys have this one down by now, but this is also for those interested. Flasks and food. Do not rely on those that make feasts. As much as we appreciate on those, we can't expect those people to always be able to take care of us.
D. Know your gear.
Its simple. Make sure you have your best gear on and have it fully stated. After that you should know your rotations and be pumping out the dps. I hate to be an asshole but it is too late for that in this post, but Salmon has a rollercoaster output of DPS. It should be consistent.
I hate to be a jerk about all this guys but it is fundementals. This is the bare minimum any raid requires, even pug's and casual raids. We do have tons of guild aps, and when people do not come prepared it stresses out those that do, and it should not be that way.

Read up and be ready. We finally got the hang of Hodir last night. The last attempt was amazing. We need to make more use of the buffs the NPC's are giving us and get the NPC's out a little faster after a Flash Freeze. Easy mode fight IMO.
Thorim and Freya are going to be fun fights. Read up!!! Plus, Mimiron is right around the corner. That fight looks hard, but I like hard. :)
