Color Schemes
starstalker — Wed, 05/20/2009 - 14:47Hmm...I didn't say black was the best choice. =P No, yellow-on-white is really hard to read. The rogues are almost completely invisible to me.
Look at http://www.tell-tale.net/web101/colors.htm . Yellow on white is completely unreadable for me, just like Dark blue on black is completely unreadable to me as well. The only column I can read every line in is silver, grey being second.
At work I have windows set to display background colors as a light silver, and it helps tremendously with readability, but on the new parses page, every other line is coded to be white. Just harder to read for me (and I'm sure others).
Was just a suggestion is all. =)

Healers, all I'm gonna say is if you let two of the absolute lowest thruput healers totally dominate all night - there is a serious issue.
When a disc can outheal the closest non disc healer by over 2 million, we need to address it.
Prim came in late and did a great job - the rest of you need to think about what you are doing.
There really should be no qq in response to this. In the patch today, disc was nerfed slightly in cost of shields. Thats why you saw me having mana issues.
Other druids can constantly outheal disc by a wide margin. (star/rupta)
Other shammies tear it up (zildo outheals me by millions each night)
Other pallies put out insane hps and can keep tanks up with little trouble (garreth/karv)

Overall, healing tonite was

That said, I would love to see our seasoned healers (Garreth, Zildo, Star, Kati, Prim) sit down with our newer (or rustier) healers and see if we can't squeeze more performance out of already good healers. I know that some of you that I talked with tonite can do more, and have done more, than the parses tonite indicate.
In short, we've got room for improvement, so let's make good players great.

I'm going to bed, have early release tommorow so going to sleep in and come back tommorow ready to give you better than what i gave you tonight. Better than what i gave on Yogg Saron. Esp on hodir. This was a good wake up call for me, not to be sucked in by the last of the end game content and to focus on what has to be done now, a mistake i am hoping to not make again.
