Cromi, hate to call people out but your numbers on parses are really low. Lets figure out how to fix that. Read what other droods are doing please. One of the expectations that come w/ raiding is that you know your class/spec better than anybody else. Browse the interwebs figure out what youre doing wrong/not doing etc and lets get you killing folks on parses (b/c you should be).
There needs to be a general intensity about boss fights (whether we have killed them before or not). I have found that Naxx has made me a worse raider...Lets not get in the easy mode mindset. Be on your toes for these boss pulls and ready to fuck shit up (or dont show up at all, but post first :-D).

P1 we have down. Stay out of green shit at all costs! check!
P2 we have down. Nuke tenticles in priority order. Kill shit quickly when going through portals (mori main healing, zildo backup (i.e. Mori is in a tenticle))
P3.... lets start the convo.. what needs to be done? Obviously tanks are getting beat to shit here? melee on mobs?, ranged on mobs? lots of things here need to be sorted out.

But anyways, for P3, I think we're thinking the melee get to run back and forth every few lunatic gazes to help whack the guardians.
Pudo tanking them with Concecrate ticking should help knock off the buff.
Also probably tanking closer so splash damage occurs between them and Yogg and melee won't have to run all that much when turning.

Fan of knives, magma totem, chain lightning, whirlwind, cleave, fire elementals, divine storm... you get the idea (even if some of those aren't practical).
What would be the downside of stacking the raid on/near the melee? All i see are positives... tanks not having to chase as much for adds, natural splash on adds, no range issues for healers.
Potential Yogg healing. But

Make sure you know what's going on on the bosses we're doing. We're not progressing because we're not consistant. Attendance doesn't help, but the biggest single thing holding us back on a weekly basis is having to RELEARN EVERY BOSS WE COME ACROSS.
