Hey Downies,

Lately the raid officers have been working their tails off trying to get LF1M off the ground. One of our major impediments is simply that we don't have enough healers. We have a neat system in place to evaluate and recruit new applicants, but it requires an audition that the officers don't always have time for.

We need you to run stuff with these guys, then report to us how they do. Just for reference, when we evaluate applications we take a number of things into account and you can always send potential apps to one of us to explain how things generally work. We have an odd system being a raiding guild where we have some people who don't raid at all, and others who only raid and participate in the community very little. We want both when we look for applicants that need an audition.

What's an audition? Hang out with them, run an instance with them, accidentally roll need on something that was supposed to be DE'd. Wipe a couple times on a hard heroic. See what happens and chat with them a bit.

Then report back to us. Did they freak out? Did they help out? Are they a warlock that is outdamaged by the tank? Are they a rogue with mp/5 gear? Are they amazing players with a powerful grasp of their class role? Are they funny?

So if you need someone for your heroic daily or spare Kara spot, look for one of these names and report back to tell us how they did.
