Ulduar25!!1
Great showing last week! We only managed to down Flame Levi, Razorscale and Deconstructor, but that's 3 more bosses than EP1 has ever downed in Ulduar 25 before. We got better with each shot we took, and I walked away from the raid dancing like this guy.
This week we're going to progress further, kill bosses in fewer shots, and take some inspiration from this guy for what we plan to do to Ignis.
The 11am "start" seemed to work well, so we'll try for that again -- invites will go out between 10:30 and 11 (when I wake up and get online), but we won't actively start looking to fill slots until 11. We'll get into the content as quickly as possible, raid until 5, and come back the following week to do it all again.
Whether you've been running with us and want to continue progressing through content with us, or you've been disinterested in Naxx but you want to start joining us for Ulduar, we're looking for a solid group of 25 talented and dependable raiders.
Read the Downfall strategy guide. I expect everyone to know the strategies before we even set foot in the raid. If you haven't seen the content yet, there are a lot of opportunities to 10-man it... I strongly recommend you try and get into one before joining us.
Sunday additional shot/mop up sessions may get scheduled on a conditional, week-by-week basis.

2, more than a few of our people are trying to get into Salmon and/or Kitten, and will sit on their waitlist during the week. We get more than our share of signups after Thursday night's raids are over and people know if they'll be locked or not.

Or it might not be til 3 not sure exactly but i'll no more as friends make plans.

bluetouguyss — Sun, 05/31/2009 - 10:45Yesterday was a lot of fun and even though we had some people that were not really ready for ulduar (let alone naxx in a few cases) we still held our own. Standards will be a lot higher to raid with us this week as we need your best toon available (if you raid with KB or Salmon we understand and will take what ya got ;) at least we will know that you understand strats and arent going to die in void zones, blue flames and such!)
For everyone else READ THE STRATS!!! You shouldnt be coming to an ulduar 25 man raid without having seen the first 4 bosses in either 10 or 25 mans (or at least watching kill videos on youtube) and you should be reading the DF strat guides for all the bosses we WILL be downing!
Again great effort from everyone. Bring a good attitude. If we wipe dont get too bent out of shape over it as it is our first couple weeks of raiding in here. DONT BE A DOUCHEBAG IN VENT!!! If we are trying organize the raid or downing a boss and you are talking constantly in vent you are wrong!
