As Mori said, "Ret Pallys are common."  If you are truly seeking a new guild you should prepare yourself to go above and beyond to find yourself a spot, and frankly it doesn't look like you spent much time at all thinking about your responses, yet alone paying any mind to your grammar. That made my eyes bleed.  You must realize this is in fact an application, and just like any job, or any other time in the real world, you want to present yourself well.  Here you do not.

Also, as Grasen said, "We're past the training phase." Downfall is one of the largest guilds on the server, if not the largest.  We run two full 25 man raids and numerous 10 mans,and that only accounts for about 2/3rds of our population or less. As a guild we are very busy and very active, we expect our members to know what they need, and should, be doing already.

That being said if you need some help deciding on what mods you should get, feel free to talk to me in game.  Right now I would recommend downloading our guild addon pack off the home page. That is definantly a good place to start.  Also, your button setup screams clicker, even if that is not what you do.  You really should think about moving your most used abilities (CS, DS, JoL, Exo, Conc, Hammer) to easily reached keys as well as think about extra key binds for spells you cant fit and spells you don't use as often (FoL, HoL, Sacred Shield, cleanse, etc) and let your left hand do most the work. I use `1234 for and various mouse and keyboard binds. Again, talk to me in game if you need any help or recommendations concerning this.

ill go ahead and say im not ret but still u say u taunt to save the healers how do u know healers have aggro in a timely manner download grid and learn to follow a red dot, 2 wtb pally power makes buffing easier and if ur opposed to moding ur ui i know i ran default frames forever just fine granted u seem to use alot more buttons than me but if ur = button is ur autoattack maybe find something a lil more productive to put there maybe consecration that way you dont have to click it.

also do u use any kind of timers that way u know when ur attacks are comeing up and available?
