Total Potions used for the evening amounted to 25. They were used as follows:

Potions of Speed:
Saedo - 5
Shinzwei - 2
Quisjaa - 2
Dandly - 1
Poisondonut - 1

Indestructible Potion (Uptimes of the buff will be shown as well as approx. number used):
Quisjaa - 9'41" ~5 pots
Nuitarin - 3'28" ~2 pots

Healing Potions:
Luminaire - 2
Derchlon - 1
Nuitarin - 1
Orky - 1

Mana Potion:
Moriella - 1

This is still only 10 out of 26 people who raided on Friday night that used any kind of potion during their boss fights.

Also of note, only 22 out of 26 raiders were flasked during Friday Nights raid.

GL KB and I hope that both of those numbers rise in the future :D

As a healer, I save my pot CD for that inevitable 15% OOM. As ret, I blow a speed pot during wings/heroism :)

Pots for me (at least as a healer) are tricky. I'd love to use some kind of buff pot, but I know as soon as I do that something will happen, I'll go OOM, and my innervate will be down.

Right now, at least for me, innervate is the first thing I use to regain mana. For long boss fights, it can come up twice, something the pot CD can't do. So I pop innervate, then if I'm oom again, and innervate is down, I have the pot to fall back on. This situation rarely happes though, but at least its there if I need it.

I love seeing the dps using health pots though. That rocks!

As far as flasks go, I understand that yours might fall off until you're reminded to put it on. That's fine. But people shouldn't go over an hour without flasking. That's just lazy.

The pots are mainly directed at the dps more so than the healers.

However with regardes to health pots. I have 2 opinions on them that I am sure the guild healers will kill me for.

#1. We bring healers for a reason and most of the time you can get hit with a random raid heal or use the lovely lock stone instead of a health pot for more dps during heroism etc.

#2. Both our raids run with ret paladins which means on average there is a 60%ish chance to proc 1000 health on an offensive attack. So the theory can be JUST KEEP SMACKIN IT.

I appologize to any healers who do end up having to heal me. But my goal is to down "Big Nasty" faster so you have less to heal in the end :D

When you say 22 out of 26 does that mean that the whole night 22 people were flasked or that on a certain boss fight, one person may not have flasked?

All Bosses and I checked by flasked. For the most part EVERYONE was flasked for all the bosses that I could tell. In some cases missing on the first 2 of Freya. The 4 that I list were not flasked at all for the entire night according to parses.
