Raid Experience:

I started raiding in WotLK
Ive done Naxx 10 and 25, full clear,
Ive done VoA 10 and 25,
Ive done OS 10 and 25, 1 drake up
Ive done a few bosses in Ulduar,
and Ive tried to do EoE 10 man, we generally get to P3 and wipe, those dragons are a little funky to heal with, EDIT: Not anymore with mah Fancy grid =D

Don't look at these suggestions the wrong way. The goal is not to force a square peg into a round whole, but there is a wealth of knowledge in this guild and part of recruitment into Downfall is to help you become the best healer you can be. We have a multitude of applicants and this process will be long and painful if you are not open to constructive criticism.

That being said the comment about Grid is a if you like Heal Bot you will love Grid.

HealBot is good but get Grid and learn how to use it. It requires more setup but it also allows more customization which is why it is better. Once you figure it out you will love it!

Yea I hear grid is good, but I've never had an issue with Healbot I dont know why people knock it so much. Ill prob grab grid later today to see what all the fuss is about.

Grid requires the initial setup and all to get it all showing you exactly what you want/need to know. That's a turn off to a lot of people that just want things to work out of the box. But this is what makes Grid so powerful after you molded to fit your own style, going well above and beyond what Healbot can do.

Grid is just way better for raiding. It displays all the information you want, really makes not just your healing, but your awareness in a raid much better. When you can see if druids have hots, Priests have a shield, if they need a cleanse right away, All in seperate areas of grid, And if someone is casting a spell on a person at that moment, if a random healer has aggro. All without hindering how you look at it. The fact that you can also support clique, and mouse over macros, and have all of this only take up a small portion of your screen. You will not hinder your raiding view with grid. Tinker with grid a bit to once you get used to controls you will not regret switching out healbot.
