Another fart in the wind?

My WoW computer is down so I cant get on for the next 2 or 3 weeks, I would love to prove my salt and work on fixing up my UI a little more, but as is I can't really do shit so once I figure out the problem and fix it I certainly will raid, I think the issue lies with my new router, I dont really know Ill ask my dad to fix it up. To everyone that has left comments with constructive criticism I think that if you look at my Armory Page you will find that all my gear is enchanted with the best stuff I could buy,

Question though, the elitist jerks page didnt tell me what I should enchant my chest with, I went for +8 stats (its only 2 less stats and 150 less gold than the +10 variety (150g I dont have too)) but Im starting to think that the +250 mana would be the proper choice for this instance.

Was the investkment on the Tuskarr's Vitality Enchant worth it? it was 150 health and a worthless speed boost since it doesnt stack with my Pursuit of Justice

So please feel free to leave any other comments about my builds, its too bad the armory page doesnt tell you what macros Im rolling with, because I edited the ones I was given on this site to make it less annoying, If anyone wants when I get my comp back up I can post them here.

Get our entire Guild Addon Pack first: /downfall-guild-raid-addon-pack

I won't rip on you for HealBot yet. You've got a few days to get rid of it and start using Grid.  All of us use it for good reason: It's a unified tool for every single class in raid to do their jobs more effectively.  It's THE tool for end game healing; the tanks use it to figure out who has aggro and the dps use it to figure out who has a raid-crushing debuff on them.  It allows us all to speak the same language and work together faster and easier.

Thoughts on your gear/spec:

• The point in Divinity is wasted. Adjust some points, as I believe Pursuit of Justice is mandatory for end-game.  
• Your gear is in terrible shape. Your head, shoulders, legs, boots, gloves and cloak could all use enchants/better enchants.  We're extremely hard on enchants/gemming around here: It is indicative of the level of effort and dedication a person puts into their toon.  Don't use the "I'm waiting for an upgrade" argument on us.  I literally cannot bring you into endgame right now with your gear, while you're "waiting for an upgrade". 'Chant yo' shit.
• Don't go for socket bonuses.  Int is our main gem (at the moment).  You should have only one 9heal/mp5 gem, and that is to meet your meta.

I'm interested in what healing macros/addons you use outside of HealBot.  What is your experience in end game?  How long have you raided? Do actually enjoy healing or are you just applying as a healer because you think it will get you a raid spot.  How are your keys bound? What do you use to monitor your sacred shield and beacon durations on raid targets?  What do you use to ensure that your judgement does not fall off a target? 

I'm extremely hard on holy pallies. We've had some EPICALLY bad ones. And we've had some pretty good ones.  I'm jaded as fuck when it comes to pally apps. Surprise me.
