Also I can vouch for his personality, he sounds young as in voice wise but he doesn't talk all that much and isn''t a typical douchebag fledgling teenager.
But then again I only knew him for about a month.

1. As what Cromi has said, why did you put talent in Empowered Touch? For your Healing Touch, I believe it is more than 2.7secs cast in order for you to land a heal on someone(taking into account you might have HASTE gears). It is long enough for the tanks to die without heals. Or you just want to spam that ONE TIME big heal every 3 mins with the combo Nature's Swiftness + Healing Touch? I feel that it is a waste of talent point.
2. As for Improved Tranquaility, it is also a waste of talent point. In raid, Tranquaility only heals your PARTY.. not the whole raid.. And also with a 4min CD, you normally can only use 1 time (max 2) during boss fight. That's a waste of 2 talent points.
3. I would say druids are the kings of HOTs. We should spam as much Lifebloom, Rejuv and Wild Growth as much as possible. But I see that you didn't put talents in Gift of the Earthmother. If your CD is slow, how are you able to get those HOTs up as fast as possible?

wazowski — Tue, 07/07/2009 - 07:05Usually with all the other healers in between, my casts arent too late and i have time to spare, i have empowered healing touch in that time of need, wich i kno u may think is a waste but i like to have it to ensure that tank is healed when i see his hp going down fast, and its not only when nature's grace is up, i just use it since i have quite a bit of haste and have the time to use it

Or call a mexican other choice names. So please do not be using words that one you would regret, hurt your chances of getting in guild, and alienate a person.
Now, the fun part, Looking at your talents points you have no points in natures grace. With 16% crit and only 188 haste, this spell at full is great for any druid. The chance of one of your hots with 16% crit of getting a crit strike is about 1/6. In a 25m raid that is easy to hit because of all that needs to be done.
You never ever say I have the time to cast a spell. Because you don't as a healer. You should be wishing your spells to go as fast as they can and hit the target as soon as you start casting. To say I have empowered touch. Spend the 2.8 sec casting while my other healers are busy healing up raid with spells and me casting that healing touch could mean one: someone dies because other healers couldn't focus on him. 2. the tank gets healed up and I just wasted time and energy healing an already full health tank with a spell meant for big things. The fact is that swiftmend is a better big heal spell than healing touch without anything else on it. And only viable boss for the spell is 2 bosses in naxx. Patchwerk, and grobbulus.
You don't have quite a bit of haste. I don't believe your haste capped. And even then thats only like a second off your heals.

2 things:
1. Everstar is a woman and very respected within this guild.
2. This guild tolerates no such form of sexism, racism, -ism's in general (i know from personal experience). Even a member of long standing within this guild can have consequences for such actions.
You've done yourself no good. Go through and read the other apps that we have, look at what's good and what's not. Take those into consideration when applying to another guild.
