He's done everything asked of him imo, and filled in where needed. Any outstanding concerns or criticisms?

took him as DPS into a 10 man uld yesterday, killed everything but mim and ignis in a short amount of time, he did well, no complaints, very quiet, didnt do stupid shit, only thing a couple of us suggest is omen maybe =p  died from aggro on trash a few times lol but overall, was second or third on the damage meter competing with xendu and pulga (yes 3 DKs in one raid).

Thank you for your understanding. If i ever decide to lead one again i will inspect and make sure they know what there doing to ensure the group does good. I am sorry for the expreince and i will put as much effort i do in other things, into forming a group.

First off i want to say sorry for my preformance in voa yesterday. After wintergrasp ends i sometimes just put a group togather ,have them link me there achievement and it goes well no wipes. Today i did the same and before we reached the first boss people were going afk and dueling outside etc. When i went to do the healing assignments i said "Healers please click one" although i knew i had 5  i could not recall who some of them were due to the fact that it took awhile for the group to form. Only 2 of the healers said 1 and i was hearing "the druids afk" or "kick that guy hes dueling outside" that never happens to me, usaully people listen and are in the raid instance when we reach the boss. Now i know i need to better equip myself for those sort of people. But while i was trying to sort out this problem people started to say"go go go we wasted enough time, kick him and go" and " can we get this started already? kick the afk and get new people". for me that's alot of pressure So i wanted to fulfill these requests and the only way to do that was to get more people and replace the ones who i have sorted out. i couldnt get more people qualified for the raid in enough time, the players were growing impatiant and were whispering me saying i dont have much time left and i have to go to work soon, So i wanted to grab what i could get and at least try. Again i am sorry but i really did not know what to do.

I attempted to run a voa 25 with sargus today as the raid leader.  It didnt go very well.... please if you are going to lead raids pay more attention to setting up groups and who you are bringing(gear check etc.) While you wont ever lead a main raid in df if you eventually  wear our name we want to be represented in a way that is alot more "professional" for lack of a better word than what i saw today.

1)  YOU HAVE NO META GEM.  What - the - hell.  Get one.  Seriously.  [41285] is best.

2)  Replace the bold scarlet ruby in your helm with a sovereign twilight opal.  Combine that with a META GEM (seriously, wtf) and you won't lose any strength, but you'll gain 12 stam.

3)  Get a legitimate shoulder enchant.  Wrath of the Lich King has been out for nearly 8 months, your Sons of Hodir rep should be Exalted by now.

4)  Replace a bold scarlet ruby in your legs (blue socket) with a sovereign twilight opal.  You'll lose 2 strength but gain 12 stam, and meet your meta gem requirements in the process.

5)  You don't need Icewalker on your boots, change it to +32 AP.

6)  Do you really not have a better trinket than Loatheb's Shadow?  It's garbage.  Get a darkmoon card.

7)  You have FAR too much hit rating and armor penetration rating for a raiding Unholy-spec deathknight.  Your hit rating is 198 points TOO HIGH and your armor penetration is also far too high, preferably it should be 0 or close to it.  Armor Penetration does almost nothing for an Unholy DK.

8)  Your expertise is incredibly low.  Try to get it closer to cap, but it's not as important.

9)  Drop the 5 points in Dark Conviction and pick up Dirge, Improved Unholy Presence, and Summon Gargoyle.  Seriously.  Crit is not as important as Runic Power, movement speed, and the single most high-damaging cooldown you have (aside from Army of the Dead).

10)  Replace Glyph of Dark Death and Glyph of Death and Decay, with Glyph of the Ghoul and Scourge Strike.  The fact that you have not glyphed for Scourge Strike when it's your BEST GLYPH says something about your class knowledge.

11)  Your secondary spec (Blood tank) is all over the place.  Max out Virulence and Morbidity, drop the points in Unholy Command, and for god's sakes, GET SOME GLYPHS.

12)  Finish up your Sons of Hodir rep.  Get it to exalted.
