Sup guys.  As A couple of the shaman in Salmon have been venturing into the world of PVP I figured I would help out as Resto Shaman can go a long way.  For example check out http://www.wowarmory.com/character-talents.xml?r=Tichondrius&cn=Douja&gn... and look at his 3's rating.  You can't go higher then that.  Also I was linking that as he has a good pvp resto shaman spec.
